"The older lady that works the window is always rude. We’ve encountered her 6 plus times and she always gives a hard time about giving ketchup. She has also told us we couldn’t upsize the drink on the $5 value meal but we have upsize it at every other location we’ve been to and it is an option if you order on the app. She also fills the cups to the top with ice, so you hardly get any drink. We went tonight and she said “we don’t do the $5 value meal anymore.” It showed I could order it at that location on the app. I really enjoy checkers, but I dread going to this location because it’s always something with her, but the next closest location is 30 mins away."

"The person at the window either has some form of neurodivergence or he is straight up prejudiced. , He looked at me strangely, acted like he didn't want to touch my credit card, and held my receipt out to me in a really weird way like he was making sure that we made no physical contact. I don't normally touch people who I'm exchanging currency with so I don't know what his issue is. I was offended but I didn't go Karen on him, asking for the manager. I didn't think it would do any good. I went back a couple of days later and had the complete opposite experience from a mature lady who worked there."
