"This place was such a wonderful place when I made the order they asked if my day was okay and I made the order and it only took a few minutes to get done and when I took a bite of the food I was astonished I was incredibly happy with my stay at Bojangles in Cedartown I loved the bo sandwich!!"
"Save your money at the Cedartown Ga location. I just made three trips to get a 4 wing order right and they still did not get right. First they shorted the order 2 wings. When attempting to get the order right the incompetent staff put 1 wing and thigh in the box. This staff needs a kindergarten teach on duty to teach them how to count and a picture guide to help identify parts of a chicken. Incompetent staff and poor management to say the least."
"Came here to try and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was good the biscuits were moist and delicious. Service was great freshly cooked tenders took only 4 minutes. Best fried chicken establishment in town. We dined in, girl at the counter was pleasant. Will def be back."
"On Saturday 12/23/23 at about 830pm I was going to go by Bojangles to order. There was a semi that had just pulled in to drop supplies. The truck block the entire drive thru lane in front of the store and blocked the speaker area where you order. I pulled into a parking spot to go inside but the doors were locked. Not a good way to do business. Was unable to order."
"My 2 teen daughters and I came to this location on Wednesday, 9/27 at 1:30pm. We had planned to dine in, and went to the restroom upon entering. What. A. Mess. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. This was also not the first time this has happened. (We tried just 3 weeks prior as well.) To put the frosting on the cake, the staff that came out of the stall proceeded to walk out without washing their hands and walked right back into the kitchen. I’m all for giving businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this is a habit. I can’t comment on the food, because we were too disgusted to eat there."
