"I had my husband drop off a bag of clothes to be cleaned on July 28. They told him it would be ready the following Friday. he went to pick them Up that day, and was told they weren’t ready yet. He went ahead and paid since he was there. He checked back Monday and they didn’t have them yet, yesterday they were closed, today they tell him there is “no record“ of the transaction in their “system.” That was half my wardrobe, most of my work clothes. I had two suits in there that had designer labels on them, but the real reason I’m so upset is because both of them are gifts. One of the dresses in there was a gift from my husband, one was my “concert dress.” ( I teach music). I think they saw the nice designer clothes and someone yeeted them, and now they’re trying to say he already picked them up because he paid for them. Do not go here. If anything changes in the near future I’ll update, unless and until they get my clothes back to me, im going to blow them up on every site I possibly can. they send it out to another location, and I’m Thinking I’ll find out which one and go park my big azz there until they produce my stuff."
