"There was an issue with the water company and they had to dig up all around my house which caused an issue with insects I called Terminix and they came out and took care of the problem immediately. I truly appreciate the quick service Terminix provides it shows they care about their customers"

"I honestly hate leaving reviews because I work in customer service and I know how it is to work with the public but I honestly feel disappointed. I’ve recently signed up for terminix because I wanted to get a pest control problem under wraps. So when I discovered bed bugs I wanted to nip it in the bud immediately and contacted them. I worked with Jamar whom was very nice and professional. No complaints whatsoever. But once I paid for my services he said another man would reach out. He never did, so of course I called to figure out what my next steps were. So they explained my appointment was for the following Monday, (this was told to me on Thursday), which I said okay and made arrangements for myself, child, and pets to be out of the home. The website has my appointment scheduled for Monday. Only for the actual guy to call on Saturday and tell me he wasn’t going to be there on the day my appointment said and that he makes his own schedule and that he would rescheduled it. Then who scheduled the original appointment? It wasn’t me. Their staff told me Monday so i make the necessary arrangements.I wasn’t expecting for him to drop what he was doing and prioritize me but it’s extremely frustrating when you’re told one thing and then a different thing a few days later so you have to once again rework your schedule and it’s frustrating. Things happen so I’m trying to not be frustrated but when you’re pushed to pay for a service ASAP in full prior to service, that isn’t cheap, you expect a prompt response from them as well. Then find out you now have to wait even longer because of a miscommunication on their part it’s difficult to not be disappointed. I was told to limit coming and going to my home during this time but I have a small child within the home and since my appointment has been pushed back a week I’ll be force to make alternative arrangements. I would not recommend this place simply because their communication sucks. I can’t rate them by the service because they haven’t done anything yet."
