"Just came here for a DOW prep but the employees were awesome."
"Whoever manage this place needs to be fired ... 3 whole days and they still haven't touched my trailer, but workers have time to play on their phone and watching Tv"
"If I could leave a minus 10 review here I would. I went to pick up a tank that had ONLY been there less than 2 hours. When I dropped off the tank there was 2 spaces open on the right side of my tank. When I returned to pick it up it was in a different spot. I noticed severe damage to the right side of my trailer. I took many pictures and contacted my company. I walked inside and asked what happened and the guy said “it was like that when I pulled it out.” I proceeded to where I originally dropped it and found damage to the front left fender of another companies trailer. The ONLY way the damage to both trailer’s could’ve happened was when my trailer was pulled out. I stopped the guy outside and he still claimed he didn’t do it. Quala has a disclaimer that they are not responsible for any damage on their property. So unless your company has very deep pockets to repair trailers AVOID THIS TANK WASH."
"The park is awesome. It has the biggest concenteation of thrill rides available anywhere. Its also very expensive. You can do it all in one day if you buy the fast pass plus and stay at one of the hotels connected to the park, they offer an hour early admission. I also recommend the food and drink pass, they will both save you money if your planning to eat at the park, and since you cant carry in anything, you will have to get drinks there. We got a combo that included all of this plus the funpics pass, which allows you to collect all of your pictures from rides and park photographers for $190 per person, you have to buy it on the cedar point ticket website to get it for that price. The park doesnt offer rain out tickets, however, so i suggest you wait until the day before ir the day of to purchase them."
"I've been here twice to get a tanker cleaned during my 10 hour break. So far, both times, they have NOT had my trailer when they said. It's aggravating when you are on a schedule and get screwed because your trailer is Not done when they say it will be... I don't think I'll be coming back if I can help it!! It's annoying to screwed once, but twice in a row pisses people off!!"
