"A few months ago, we had work done by this place and it actually was INCORRECTLY done- which ended up resulting in a 7k bill from digging for no reason at all. We thought the issue was fixed, turns out it actually was made worse and has now caused further issues down the line. During the time of this place doing work for us, the employees never showed up at a decent hour(usually it was late evening into night), which is not ideal having children by the way. The job was extended multiple times and carried out way longer than it should have been. If I could rate zero stars, I absolutely would. I don’t know how this place has managed to have such a good rating? I would be shocked to even find out that some of the people working here are even licensed in the profession due to how large of a mess that has been created- not including the money we lost. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied."

"We had some issues regarding moving and not having communication, but we later learned that Harold had been in the hospital and was unable to talk.
