"This place, just like every where else in Southern wv is a total joke. Hours of operation shouldn't be "open until we feel like it". EVERY repair/tire shop are nothing but lazy ignorant cry babies. You all make it impossible for the working class (those of us who ACTUALLYwork) to have anything worked on or something as simple as mounting tires possible without them having to take a day off work."

"Mr tire don’t even deserve any stars..had appt scheduled and came in early said they was backed up at least 2 hrs and Kevin said I will make it happen if you come back. Came back 3.5 hrs later and car hadn’t moved along with no tires put on….they wonder why they get cussed out!! Piss poor customer service when Kevin cusses back at the already pissed off customer. If they can’t keep scheduled and confirmed appts just shut your doors!! Never will go back there and will spread the word!!"

"This shop is a total joke! Make an appointment for install and 4 hours later your car has not been touched. Kevin at the counter likes to cuss at women, and then backs up when their husband walks in. If u can’t honor appointments then don’t take appointments. Pretty simple."

"I had an appointment and came in early with my own tires and was told that it will take a little bit longer because 2 people came in late. I figured it would be another 15 min or so. 2 hours and 15 min later I still do not have my vehicle and I can visually see it still on the lift. First, if you come in late you are helped when there is time. I came in on time and should not have to be bumped down the line. I have worked in a shop and changed plenty of tires in my life. It dose not take 2 hours and 15 min to change tires. If you have an issue with employing people then pay them more so people will work there. This is absolutely horrible service and ill never come back here. I will also tell everyone I know to avoid this place."

"I cant begin to thank Mr Tire enough for going the extra mile if you are looking for a honest hardworking mechanic shop they are definitely what you are looking for I needed a state inspection as well as a concern I had about my vehicle I needed fixed Kevin one of the managers helped me and Missy the mechanic there went above and beyond to fix my concern I had with my vehicle. Its not very often you can find such caring hardworking people that go the extra mile to help you with your need. I would highly recommend them to anyone thanks again!"
