"DO NOT choose this company for ANYTHING important or if you care about your belongings. I dropped my 3 piece suit off for a cleaning a week before my interview. I was told it would be ready in 3 days. When I returned to pick up my suit, there were other articles of clothing that weren't mine. On the day of the interview, I put my suit on to learn that it isn't my suit, and it does not fit. I immediately called to find where my suit was. It took them two days to locate it. Once it was located, I was told it was at another one of their locations and that I had to go there to get my suit. 5 days go by, and I finally go in to get my suit, and the cashier REFUSED to give me my suit. She stated she needed to review the itinerary before she could hand my suit over. Mind you it has been two weeks and I still have not received my suit. STILL TO THIS DAY I do not have my suit. No refund has been offered. My suit is still held in captivity by this company due to THEIR inadequacies and mistakes. Absolutely disgusted with this company."

"I had 7 shirts laundered there and asked for light starch. All 7 were wrinkled, not pressed, barely if at all starched, and to top it all off they charged me just over $54.00!!! Adios Nuway!!! Go rip off someone else."
