"Took my F150 in right away. Polite and courteous service. Rich Kramer is an excellent Service Advisor and was very knowledgeable on Ford vehicles. The waiting area was clean and comfortable- which isn’t always the case when you’re getting your vehicle serviced. Overall it was a great experience. Even though it was my first time there at Cleveland Ford, I will definitely bring my wife’s Ford Edge there as well. Overall, a very good experience."
