"I called today 1/25 to get pricing for an oil change. I was told it was 54.99 and today they had a 15 dollar off special. Brought in my wife’s vehicle, service was great until the end when he tells me it’s gonna be around 117 bucks! They didn’t tell me the price they quoted me was for conventional oil, they didn’t tell me what oil the manufacturer required and what oil they were going to put into the vehicle. They charged me the quoted price after I had to get out of the vehicle. Sad thing is they are trained this way. Don’t ask, don’t tell charge them an overly outrageous amount and make them feel good about 15 bucks off. They offered to fill up washer fluid and air up tires but when it came to informing me of the oil and price they went silent. They are trained to be sleezy and it’s a shame. Won’t be back."
