( I specify mobile home because some companies don't even provide heating and air conditioning services to mobile homes.) When I called the voice anawering the phone was so sweet and eager to help me. She was able to schedule an appointment for me the very next day! The service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and wasn't even deterred by my barking, growling dogs.
