I assumed our small tank must just need pumped so I called Haas to schedule a pump since they were the ones who pumped and inspected my system when we moved in. The kind lady on the phone was very knowledgeable of my septic system and advised me that she did not think it was time to have it pumped yet and helped me diagnose the real problem, which I was able to fix myself with an electric snake.
