"Nicely laid out store. The staff is nice and friendly"

"I visited this store 11/12/2023 around noon.The manager was extremely rude! She first very rudely told me I could not use my 20% off coupon which I had received in the mail on the 60% off merchandise. I then read the back of the coupon and it said nothing about not being able to use the coupon in the store on sale items. When I check out I told the clerk I had the coupon and she said she had to get the manager. She pretended to scan the coupon and she acted like it did not work. She repeatedly said I had already used the coupon which I had not as I just peeled it off the mailer that I had received. She kept implying that I was trying to reuse the coupon which I was not. I pulled my app up and she ran the exact same coupon and amazingly it work! The manager never apologized for her actions. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. The manager was so so rude from the moment I walked into the store. It was not busy . There was about 4 customers in the store.I have never been treated with such disrespect!! This store is usually very helpful and nice but the nasty attitude of the manager has obviously rubbed off on her employees!"

"They have great sales. They have alot of items that are not listed on the website. It's definitely worth a visit and if u don't like a scent....exchanges are very easy. There is usually always a line but it moves very quickly."

Everything here smells great and the quality of the lotions, soaps and sprays are awesome! Always coming back!"

"My wife and I were walking past bath & body works and smelled something incredible. We were instantly drawn in and took a look. The scent was strawberry pound cake. It is amazing! They also had a great deal of buy three get two free for body care items."
