"With a group so we were given a private room and excellent service. Friends gathering several months after the death of our friend. The service and atmosphere could not have been better."

"The food, while visually appealing was seriously lacking. I didn’t finish any of my main food. Desserts were the saving grace. Service was nonexistent. All our dirty plates stayed on our table for the entire meal. We got a refill once when we flagged down our waiter. Also had to ask for our check. Save your money and time and go somewhere else."

"We enjoyed our lunch at Eagles Nest today. We had the buffet that offered country fried steak and a spicy chicken dish (they change daily), alongside roasted potatoes, fresh green beans, dinner rolls, fresh salads, and various dessert items. The fried steak was very tasty, the beans tasted like grandma used to make, and the salads were extremely fresh. The star of the meal was the exceptional service. Each of the wait staff stopped by our table, at one point during our meal, to ask if anything was needed."

"Ordered the Ruben and it was so messy! The fries were hot and good, but I don't think I've ever had a Ruben sandwich that required that much effort and I still got it on my white golf shirt. Less is more guys. It looked good, but it's nice to be able to actually eat it."

"Food was good, atmosphere is nice, the service sucks! We all went for the much touted buffet. Very nice layout, clean, and with multiple choices. Prices are good. The server has the knack for ignoring customers right in front of her and is unable to get drunk orders correct despite the small amount of customers. Everyone said the same thing - good food, good view, horrible server. This is not a busy place so it should not be too difficult to remember coke tea or water but it was for our server who got our drinks wrong repeatedly. Twice 1nperson got a tea instead of a coke and another kept getting a sweet tea (extremely excessively sweet) instead of an unsweetened tea - diabetics need to be alert. The only concern the server seemed to have was getting the bill to us. She kept bringing 4 of 5 drinks from the very beginning to the end. Never picked up plates unless we handed them to her. This resulted in a lower tip than we would usually Garner - her repeatedly ignoring if us when we KNOW she saw us but turned her head."
