"The poor guy working behind the counter. No one else was working. He had the lunch rush of people standing at the counter waiting to be waited on, plus all the call orders to fill. He was a very nice man. He explained to customers that he would get to them as fast as he could. He was very polite and curiosity. Working to make each customer feel special as he made sandwiches. This store should be proud to have a employee like this gentleman. Sorry I didn't get his name. I was there on Friday December 1, 2023 at 11:45am."

"We rarely eat at Subway, but stopped at the one at Riverwalk Plaza earlier today. They were busy and you could tell the girl working there was a new employee. The guy working, whom we assume was the boss, was rude while giving her instructions and then commented very loudly that an "order was going to take a while because the new trainee has no idea what she's doing." We immediately walked out. And will not return. What a jerk."
