"Upon arriving at the restaurant, which I thought was closed due to all the lights outside being off, I was promptly greeted at the speaker. And that's where all the promptness ended. 27 minutes in a Drive-Thru with only me sitting in it. Food, extremely burnt and substandard, coleslaw all over Inside the Box on top of the okra, fried crabs which were still frozen in the middle and yet somehow almost burnt on the outside, macaroni and cheese that honestly taste like something a cafeteria would have made at school. Overcooked shrimp undercooked Hush Puppies overcooked okra burnt spicy fish, sounds like a great way to end a 14-hour shift at work. You will not be seeing my money again, and I really hope that the owner sees this and reaches out to me. If you choose not to, I completely understand that you are accepting of the substandard practices being performed at this restaurant."
"We tried the new spicy batter dipped fish on our most recent visit. It was excellent. It has the perfect amount of spice and added a great level to the fish. I'd definitely recommend it. Also, if you haven't tried the lobster rolls when they have them, they're a must-try."
