"They close from 1 to 130 for lunch. No where was I alerted this when trying to pick up my prescription. Highly dissatisfied. Now I get to experience withdrawal symptoms up to including suicide."

"I have medical ptsd due to carilion and I still have to get my precriptions filled here.So I went to pick them up decided to get the flu and the newest covid vaccine..fastforward to late that day I get a urgent messege to call the Pharmacy! They had given me the wrong covid shot they gave me the child's dose not even the booster bilivent shot.I asked what now? They said idk we will be in touch! We have to call the manufacturer and hopefully the cdc because they shouldn't be allowed to give shots the people that got shots the WHOLE DAY got the WRONG SHOT! IM REPORTING TO THE CDC TO HAVE THEM NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE SHOTS ANYMORE!!"

"I work for a cancer clinic in the area and a patient had a script sent to this location and found out the copay would be very high despite the fact that the medication is very cheap. The patient called the pharmacy to tell them she did not want the prescription and would get this filled for a much cheaper cash price elsewhere. The Pharmacist told her "that's not how it works, we already ordered the medication and can't just return it." Basically bullied the patient into paying for the medication that she had already expressed was too expensive. The patient felt obligated to accept the situation solely based on the fact that the pharmacist would be mildly inconvenienced. This is not good customer service. Extremely disappointed that she was treated this way."

"WORST pharmacy ever!!! Have had nothing but problems out of them and they NEVER have ANYTHING ready even when you call and they say it will be ready by a certain time. I will be switching pharmacies TODAY."
