"Update: 2-5-24 Food was better BUT still slow. Everything is still expensive & keeps going up. Waiting for the chicken salad sandwich to come back. Update 9-29-2023 My husband & I went thru the drive thru. We ordered a Rubin, for me and my husband had the wings with fries (look at picture). I wanted to go back & complain in person BUT I was already home. I had a very LONG day at work and fell asleep - so I didn't call. I am upset with the amount of fries that was given and placed in the "box". (AND YES, I know that came with small fries - but it looked as though it was for a child.) I am NOT sure I ever want to come back to your location. I have loved Arby's since I was a little girl. My Gram used to take me for a wonderful roast beef sandwich with the Horsey Sause, as we called in back in the day. I am disappointed in the world today. Some people have always thought they were too good for certain kind of work but since Covid, people don't want to work period! When they do, they think they are entitled to make more money and they do way less. From experience, fast food joints, don't really give a hoot about who they hire nowadays and it's frustrating as a customer! End of Rant Update 5-2023 The chicken salad sandwich is wonderful but I asked for crunchy crinkle fries. - NOT even close. Will not be ordering those again. Very disappointed. update from yesterday - I ordered a 1/2 pounder - Jalapeno poppers and large fries. The nice gal asked if I wanted any sauces. I said oh yes... The sauce that comes with the jalapenos and Horsey sauce..... What I got was Arby's sauce.... SO very disappointed. (AND wasn't in the mood to drive back once I discovered I had no HORSEY sauce...) :( Love the Chicken Salad sandwich, when they have it. Not sure why its seasonal? They also have good Jalapeno poppers!"
"The cheesesteak ran off the bun like water. Service was good food was the worst. I should have went hungry my stomach hurts now 2 for the atmosphere because of the heavy rock that's too loud."
"Absolutely terrible service. The woman taking our order had a nasty attitude. Her shirt said it all "Not my problem." The gyro I purchased was SOAKED in sauce so it was inedible. She didn't care. I purchased another with no sauce. She was dismissive and rude."
"I worked at this Arby’s location for 3 years. Since I have worked fast food I always try to be polite and kind. I also know this location inside and out and how things are done. I brought my daughter through today to have a little mommy/daughter date since she got out of school early. I asked if they had the ham slider because sometimes I over look things. That all my kiddo will eat from here aside from the curly fries. The DT worker said “nope” with an attitude. Then proceeded to rush my order. I had ordered the new cheesesteak sandwich with the garlic aioli on the side with Mayo as well. Over a $12 meal. I know when a sandwich has been sitting on the heat plate because it was made wrong or the line accidentally made two. They will sit it on the heat plate incase someone orders it so it doesn’t go on their waste sheet. This sandwich not only was cold, SOGGY (to the point I the paper stuck to it and was nasty) but also had the garlic aioli on it. Alicia used to be the assistant manager when I worked here, (she is on shift when this happened) she would have yelled at us for getting an attitude or rushing someone to order (cutting me off mid sentence to ask what else) like this dude did. Definitely has gone down hill since Connie left."
"the drive threw worker Justin didn’t hand me my change which i thought was odd but i didn’t care because it was 3 cents but i got home and start to eat my fries i realize when they was half gone that he put the 3 cents down into the middle of my fires like how or why would you do that!!! makes never want to go threw the drive threw again !!!! that is so disgusting and so low of him Beyond mad"
