"Has anyone made an error on automatic payments? Amazon Prime took out my annual membership without notifying me. This cause my checking account to be overdrawn. I tried to get a small loan to cover the shortage and didn't receive a call back from the loan officer until I spoke to the branch manager five days later, by then it was to late. I inquired if the fees could be reversed because I had been a good customer for 15 yrs with automatic payroll deposits. I was told the the TOP Executives said no.
