"We would normally use the Chase location at the Kanawha Mall and we've always been treated with deference and respect at that location. The downtown Chase bank is a different story. On the last two occasions I've used them the personal bankers were rude, aloof and condescending. The impression is because they work downtown, have a $150.00 suit and a $15.00 haircut then they are superior."
