"My experience with One Main was no so great. I received a great offer with collateral and was contacted promptly by a representative. I submitted all documentation as requested and all communication stopped. I had to call the office 2-3 times just to get the run around and someone finally let me know that they were not going to do business with me. I am not happy with their follow up process. It just felt like a total waste of my time after being told that it's a great chance they would do business with me with collateral."

"Until recently I had been a customer of OneMain financial in Charleston WV. About 4 years ago I had asked for an increase and they required a lien on a vehicle. I thought that everything was fine. 2 years ago we moved to FL. Just recently I was able to pay off our loan. This is where my issues begin with OneMain and their professionalism. They were sent a lien release by Huntington banks the original loan holder. But I have come to find out from the DMV that OneMain never registered the lien with the DMV. But I was told several times that they had mailed me the title. After never receiving the title they said they could only mail a lien release but they they failed to notarize it. Let me cut to the chase I would never trust them to follow proper procedures on a loan involving collateral. Not to mention that either they have been lying or they are completely clueless"

"Our experience was great. Except for electronically signing the paperwork. From a cellphone this is not user friendly. It was very frustrating trying to maneuver back and forth. Why isn’t paper an option?! Our salesperson, Rebecca was wonderful. Very helpful."
