"We are a family of five and have been seeing Dr. McCoy for approximately 15 years. We all love him. He is competent, kind and gentle and his number one goal is not becoming rich at the detriment of his patients. My children were not at all afraid to go see Dr. McCoy. Our family had to move away a couple of time through the years before coming back home,here, for good. We had to go to other dentists. They both hurt our children by being impatient and physically rough, put in unnecessary fillings, and everything in their offices had a price on it from tooth brushes to toilet paper. No free dental floss there for you! Dr. Larry McCoy is not like this, in fact he is completely the opposite. He doesn’t charge you for your new toothbrush, he doesn’t fill cavities that don’t need to be filled, and he does everything he can to help prevent more costly problems such as root canals. Most importantly to me, he assures that you are absolutely PAIN FREE! Yes, there is a bit of a wait time of 20 maybe 40 minutes, but I assure you, during that wait time, Dr. McCoy and his staff are working diligently on someone else just as thoroughly as you want them to work on you."

"I have been seeing this dentist for almost two years. After my first visit, they raised the fee and the insurance didn’t pay the increased amount ($9 extra for each visit). This went on for my second and third visit, but the dentist office didn’t telling me anything about the price or the bill. I was very surprised to receive a bill before my forth visit, saying that I had two overdue balances ($18). I phoned the office and asked why they didn’t tell me earlier. They didn't admit any wrong doing, it seemed like they could raise the fee whenever they see fit, and the services had already been performed, so the patients had to pay up. I argued if I had have known they charged more, I would probably shop around for a better price. They didn’t provide any good reason for increasing the price, but they suggested they waived one of the charges. I paid the extra for one visit, but I didn't cancel the forth appointment. I realized now that’s a mistake. When I went to the forth appointment, they said they ‘automatically’ canceled that appointment for me (without telling me, apparently) because I was upset about the raised price. I was upset mainly on the principle that they didn't inform their patients the increase of price before they performed the service. It’s unfair, so I spoke up. They held this against me, didn’t tell me they had canceled my appointment until I drove all the way to the dentist office on the day of the appointment. This is absolutely the worst dentist office I have even been to."
