They truly care about their patients and strive to ensure that every procedure is explained in language understood by those they are seeking to assist. Most importantly, they always take time to listen to their patients' concerns. They have provided the same level of excellent treatment from routine cleanings, to Invisalign orthodontic care, to more complex diagnoses of "deep-down in the tooth" issues and follow-up procedures. I've always walked away from their office with confidence in their treatment and successful improvements in my dental care. The office staff also should be complimented for immediate scheduling of emergency care, and scheduling of future routine visits. "I chose this practice given the nice reviews and convenience. When I called, they told me they were in-network with my insurance. The initial visit was a cleaning. They took X-rays etc. and I received a decent service. The doctor paid a visit and was very nice and welcoming. The trouble started when I asked for a treatment plan for a few things that were needed. Long story short, after multiple calls with them and the insurance, I realized they were not in-network. I had to pull reports and correct the information that staff were providing. Unfortunately, the front office folks are tainting patient experience due to their incompetency and careless attitude. After two months of limbo and wasted time, I decided to switch to another practice. Within a few days, I had my first visit, treatment plan, and insurance was figure out. How it’s supposed to be. When I called and asked my documents to be sent to me, I was promised same-day delivery. I had to call 5 minutes before they closed to remind them to do it. Sure enough, it was not going to happen. It’s a shame that front office experience is resulting in missed opportunities for this practice because the dentist seemed very professional and competent. I spoke with another person who went through the same experience and now has switched to the other practice. I hope they make the needed changes to the culture."

"Great team for dental work, but do not recommend for ortho work unless getting minor correction. I ended up having to go somewhere else for the smile I wanted. Things started off great but then felt Iike a number and quality of service went down."

"I recently became a patient at Broadlands Complete Dental. I transferred from a different practice because it just wasn’t the best. Customer Service has been nothing but amazing, everyone seems very knowledgeable in their expertise. The office staff and Doctors are always happy to see you. They make sure your comfortable with any procedures you may be having. Doctors explain in detail everything that needs to be done. I have referred my family and friends. Big thanks to the front desk as well for always being so welcoming. Today I had a cleaning with one of the Hygenist , she was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout. I highly recommend this place. I definitely feel like I’m under good care."
