My dentist who I had been seeing for over 20 years had retired and I was already in the market for a new dentist closer to home. I found Bobbio on my dental insurance app and I had also seen their new location in Brambleton so I called them. They got me in right away and when I got there, I was quite impressed with their office and staff. Extremely professional!! "I was in search of a private practice who does not try to sell you any available treatment, like so many of the corporate dentist offices do. Also, going to the dentist has always been something I dreaded. I definitely found the perfect practice now. Dr. Bobbio and her team are just amazing. They made me feel comfortable during my first visit and took all of my concerns seriously. Fumi was my Dental Hygenist for the day. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She informed me of everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable and didn’t feel any discomfort. She did a great job cleaning my teeth, and gave me good tips on what else I could add to my dental cleaning routine at home. Dr. Bobbio started with a few checks that no other dentist had ever done before, checking my jaw for any issues and neck for lumps, which I was very impressed with. She then checked my teeth and recommended a conservative approach for a couple of my teeth that might need treatment in the future. All in all it was a great experience and I am extremely relieved I found Dr. Bobbio Family Dental! They do check all of the boxes on my list: being very friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere, responding to calls and messages quickly, doing thorough but gentle checks and cleaning, and not pushing unnecessary treatments.
