"Nope I do not recommend this place at all they do not let parents back with minors they have them waiting in the waiting room area even with kids who have disabilities do not recommend this place."

I wasn't numb so I cried (7 years old btw) that's when the Asian dr using her hand grabbed my jaw yanked it down and yelled DID THAT HURT!!! the hygienist just looked shocked. It has been over 20 something years now and I suffer severe tmj and PTSD how they are still in business amazes me!!!!"

"Nice facility with xrays on site and TV screens in the dentist chair. Dr. Rose and Dr. Andrade were both very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. The assistant gave an excellent cleaning. From what I observed the assistants helping the kids were very sweet and patient."

"First and foremost my son had a cavity In Which they done a filling and about two weeks go by and we was coming back from Roanoke he started to cry that his tooth is hurting got told he had a scraped gum then by the next day he had an infected tooth by his pediatric doctor. Then on top of all that we had missed two appointments do to wife's pregnancy and the planning of losing the baby when it she here we missed one appointment because we was in the NICU with our daughter dying but when we tried to explain got told it didn't matter that they would no longer see my son. I know it's my fault but look we had a lot on our plate dealing with our daughter that was born January 24 with holoprosencephaly and passed on Feb the 20 so sorry an app was not on my top agenda but if you can't understand that I don't want you as a dentist for my son"
