Burritos contents were completely emptied into the wraps... yall want a raise but can make a simple order. Avoid this store, better off going to viennas"

"Waited THIRTY-TWO minutes inside, and that was for a pre-order (bought and paid on the Taco Bell app before I arrived)! Had I not already paid, I'd have been gone. I realize they prioritize drive-thru customers, but only three vehicles went through it, the entire time I was there. Only one couple waiting for their food inside when I walked in, too - THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT AT ALL BUSY. A guy was walking in as I was leaving. I said, "I hope you're not in a hurry," and he asked what I meant. I explained that I had waited more than a half-hour for my food after someone finally came up to the counter and was informed that I was there to pick up my order. He turned around and followed me out. Their food is now overpriced and undersized - and even the best "fast" food on the planet is not worth such a lengthy wait!"

"Wanted a vanilla frosty. Only peppermint. Not local restaurant's problem....corporate issue. Please provide vanilla frosty while serving your other flavors. They have vanilla as base flavor so I am sure there is a solution. Different distribution machine with three nozzles like at other restaurants."

"Poor customer service. Dining room and kitchen were both filthy. Staff too busy standing around and talking instead of cleaning the BRAND NEW store. Unsatisfactory is an understatement. Will not be back."
