"Just went to check it out and see what they have to offer 1 alot to do before even being showm around dont like that second thing is when asked why fees come out on 17th and now the first as i get paid rhe first qll i get is thats just how it is so the ladies are very short with people the fact it is dirty from construction and looks very dingy inside the palace as well aso when asked about my son he can come with me yet he can come alone with his own but see black membership he should be ok to come on his own so very misinformed and lack of people skills hope they can do better as i would like to find a place that is decent"

"I think it's awesome that they are offering free summer pass to kids until August 31st. Nice way to get them active and also a way to allow parents to do something with their kids to encourage them to get out of the house. I wish I would have known a little earlier on because I have a membership, but I signed my daughter up today. After the 31st you can pay $10 monthly to get them a membership. The employees are always helpful and friendly and I haven't had to wait long for any of the stuff offered. Very clean facility as well."
