"Great place to visit with our grandchildren. They had a wonderful time on the playground. Always sometime going on in the park."

"My seven year old likes going there... It could definitely use some updates and upgrades and not a "Recreational Build". The baseball field was upgraded, it would be nice to see Savannah Bananas open it up with a baseball game."

"I recently visited this beautiful park for a performance gig for the multicultural festival and I had a great time! I’m a Navy veteran so I was in love with all the installations in honor of so much military history. We brought our dog with us on our trip and he loved the doggie fountains around the park. I liked seeing people enjoying themselves in their element with different activities. The festival was so much fun and the community was really beautiful and welcoming."

"The Parkersburg City Park has always been my favorite go to place to take walks or even just to find a bench and sit with my dog Mandy. It’s a beautiful place all around. I’ve lived here since my early teens and I still don’t have a favorite area of the park, it’s all so wonderful to be in. To walk around, to see all the other people, and also I really love the pond, maybe that’s because my Mandy loves that the best, especially when the ducks are swimming around. There’s more people at the pond too with their fishing and sitting on benches with their own dogs. There isn’t any other local parks I enjoy more than this one."
