"We placed a take out order online for BWW. I was early picking it up, so I waited, no big deal. I waiting 30 minutes total, 15 minutes late of when the food was supposed to be done. When the food was received, wings were good & fresh, but the cheese curds were minimal for a large. Picture to explain. If you’re wanting bar food like this, go to the NET or even Sheetz, more food & way less expensive!"

"Was happy to find this location on one of my work trips. I got seated fast and wait staff friendly. Was able to order quickly and food came out somewhat fast. Wings hot with plenty of sauce and nice and hot cheese sticks. The sticks are my favorite from any chain restaurant. Dining area and bathrooms were clean enough. Plenty of games up on the TV's and not overly rowdy when I visited. Recommend this location and I will come back to this one again next time I am in the area."

"I usually don't leave bad reviews, but my last experience at the Parkersburg Location was very bad to say the least. The restaurant was about half full so we thought this would be a nice time to eat and be on our way by 7:15 - 7:30. We arrived at 6:15 pm and were seated promptly. It was about 20 minutes to get our drinks ordered and 40 minutes to get our appetizers ordered. 60 minutes to order our food, which didn't make it to our table until 8:15 and it was all cold. We asked for the manager who refused to talk to us, which is very disrespectful. Some of our party just left at this point as they were very upset. It was 8:45 until our checks were given to us, and we just had the few cold food orders that weren't canceled made to go. My family and friends won't be going back. In the end, I microwaved my 10 wings and finally got to eat at 9:15..."

"This is the first time I’ve been in here since they remodeled, so it looked pretty good inside. The food was fair, but the service definitely left a lot to be desired. It didn’t appear busy at all in there this afternoon, but it took a good 15 minutes before anybody took my drink order. After bringing my drink, they did take my order and brought my food out relatively quickly after that. Nobody came to the table again until I stopped somebody and asked for my check. It’s sad that service has gotten so poor that it’s expected now."

"So I keep giving this place a chance. Again it was slow. We ordered some boneless wings. Nothing special. We waited over 45 mins and they came out ice cold. I don’t like to complain but this time I said something. He said he would get the manager. The manager never came and the waiter came back and said all I can do is give you 10% off. Really?? I asked for new food. It came out a lot quicker but still wasn’t hot. Atleast this time it was above room temp. This is a good way to get people sick. The wings were tiny this time as well. They were smaller than a McDonald chicken nugget. This was the last chance and I will not be back. It’s one thing for the food to suck and take forever but when the manager won’t even come over to your table and apologize, that’s just a poorly run establishment. Came back for food. They were really slow and we still waited over an hour for 2 kids Mac and cheese and 12 wings. No reason to wait that long when almost the whole place was empty. The food was also not even hot. This was ridiculous and we won’t be back. They updated the joint. Some new paint and new tvs and seating. The bathrooms are still terrible and smell. Food is still ok and the prices like everything are on the rise. Overall just ok. Nothing special."
