Not only in customer appeal, but everything was more organized, more room for customers to move around, and the overall entire look of store was much more appealing for customer service and comfort! Whole project gets A+ from me! Check it out! HUGE IMPROVEMENT!"

"Won't answer phone . Been times the store didn't open untill 8:15am . Yesterday they had cash only signs on door . Today store is closed due to technical issues . If the phone system is working they won't answer . I would like to know if they're open and if they can take cards to keep from going there . I will say that they have some helpful and courteous people working there ."

"I was at this location this morning I walk in and gott greatest service every very happy worker smiled and greatest me with the proper customer service lady was Sandy and i think from my personal opinion that there should be more people with customer service in this field and there was a good gentleman working by the name of Timothy as well with the same attitude keep up the great work and understanding customer service to the fullest you guys are great in your line of work thank you for the beat experience of my store visiting in a while....."

"Every time I go in and the man in there that was hired not too long ago is so rude and unprofessional he talks down to you as a customer! And if you're at the register and he's stocking and you call for him to check you out he's gets mad that he has to stop and take care of customers (which is the main reason he's there)!! He has absolutely no people skills. On another note the women who are in there working are so helpful and nice! That store would be a lot better if they got rid of that man in there!"

"Absolute disgrace to retail. I know people get busy and short staffed but there were numerous safety concerns hazards and some OSHA violations as well. Side note the man working the counter was super friendly but seemed to be trying to overhaul the entire store while waiting on all the customers. Bad job dollar general.. get this dude some help to finish what they're working on."
