"I'm not sure what kind of system you have for inventory and how exactly it works. But u would think that a system for a store that size would have each item in certain sections and each section would be labeled and you can search through you inventory for a particular item and it then tell you what section it is in. Sort of like how walmart app tells us what isle something is in. So that when you receive a store pick up order for the only chucky and Tiffany valentines day plush you have left will be able to be looked up by the pick up people and they could have seen that it was posted on display inside the gas station of walmart. Because they assumed they were sold out and canceled my pick up order. So I went inside the gas station at walmart and got it myself. I'm not sure how the pickup people go about finding the items for orders. But I think it would be easier to just type the items in a handheld of some sort and it tell them where it is and they go get it and put it in a cart. If that is how you do it then someone messed up with adding that the last chucky valentine was in the gas station. :)"
"Poor customer service. The prices have skyrocketed for no real reason.Lack of workers around to help you and if you do find one, They're too busy to actually help you. They're more focused on keeping the ailes full of extra stock and blocking the way. You'd be better off going to a different store in the area"
"The inside of the store is a 4+, but the outside is a 1. When walking in, you have to look down to keep from stepping in something. Could easily get hit looking down so much. To be fair, surrounding Walmarts and some other local stores never clean up their lots. I've noticed a steady decline since the pandemic. This takes away from the shopping experience."
"Went to get and oil change and rotate and balance. Want motorcraft oil 5w20. Writer said ok we get on that. Got a call the they didn't have the brand so had to go with another brand and didn't have the Motorcraft oil filter either so had to go to another. Got there when the doors open at 10 Am didn't get a notification until 1230 pm so it took 2.5 hr to do oil change and balance and rotate. The manager was great she help out writing my ticket. Need more tech and better train customers service cashier."
"I had a horrible experience with Lolita today. She snatched groceries I paid for out of my hands. She stacked heavy items too many to a bag and when I politely attempted to fix it myself she proclaims condescendingly, "more than 2 can fit" I said yes maybe it can but I don't want the bag to break because you stacked it too heavy. Your attitude is inappropriate please adjust it accordingly. Ms.Lolita" at that point she sarcastically says yes ma'am and dumps all my remaining items into one bag. And then says "well then you do it." This one needs more training. There was a gentleman cashier doing the checkouts in Lane 3. She rudely directed the other customers to move to his lane because, "there is too many of yall in my lane" I left the store feeling disrespected, rushed, and treated poorly. I put my things away and still felt poorly about how she treated me. I called the store and spoke with a Human resources agent named Mary who apologized for Lolitas behavior. She stated she would inform Lolitas coach to discuss this behavior. She took None of my information so I have no way of knowing if Lolita will actually get more training so no one else experiences this from her. So here I am writing it out to the reviews in the hopes that something or someone fixes this."
