"Very upset with this motel I arrived on the first night and paid for the two nights I stayed which is originally all I was going to stay. Well it snowed pretty good and the roads were cover and I didn’t feel like driving home. I went down after calling the front desk where they told me I could extend my stay I only wanted to stay one more night. I got to the front and gave them my card for one more night and got charged for the one night then they tried to charge us for another night after that. I asked why they told me we didn’t pay for the night before but we showed them they took itthe front desk already showed me she didn’t know how to work the system and how she messed up her computer. Then a man named Jeremy tried to help her he is the one who got the charges to go through. When I asked them why I got charged twice he told us where we didn’t pay for our second night we had to pay for it then pay for the new night. I told him no we had already paid and that I want to talk to the general manager. He slapped my card on the counter and told me that we are leaving tonight after they took my money. Every night I was down in the lobby I’m pretty sure the man is the assistant manager and handled the issue poorly and unprofessional. Doesn’t need to be the one to deal with the public super need to work on customer service and management training. The first payment on the first night was $157.63 Saturday 6:55pm went through then tried to take $160 Sunday at 10:08pm declined because locked card the next charged was $88.91 at 3:28am which was declined because card was locked then $88.91 was tried to be taken out at 3:31am declined because the card was locked then the morning we were supposed to leave and we called and they told us to come down and pay they tried to charge us $184.35 at 10:10am Monday morning. Then they tried to take $173.75 at 10:16am while we were at the front desk and told my boyfriend they couldn’t use his card so I came down with my card. They charged my card $88.91 at 10:21am that’s when I got the second charge like 5 mins later. Just to much stress and trying to take peoples money. I told them they could have handled this in a different way. I did it politely because I know how service workers get treated and that front desk lady wasn’t even rude what so every just the man. Hopefully this motel can improve and grow."

"I would say if you just need a place to sleep on a road trip this hotel will meet your basic needs, except for the fact that the beds are so hard you won't get sleep either. The bed linens were clean but the carpet felt gross, the entire 2nd floor reeked of weed and cigarettes even though it is a smoke-free hotel. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the room next to you snoring. The room doors are so clunky and LOUD and it is impossible to close them quietly (I tried, attempting to be courteous). The front desk employee was very kind and helpful, but I will not ever be staying here again. Pictures attached of the "cleanliness" of the bathroom."

"Ended up needing a room that would also allow dogs so we rented a room here for one night. This room costs almost twice as much as the room we rented the night before in Kentucky but was only half as comfortable or enjoyable. It felt unclean but not filthy - the breakfast is a joke for 2023 - (they shouldn't even be allowed to say they serve breakfast when your choices are a tiny box of cereal with warm milk or a warm yogurt if that' s not your game) It's suppose to be a non-smoking hotel. The first room we were assigned was room 111. When we opened the door we got smacked in the face with cigarette smoke. We're not talking 20 year old stale cigarette smoke - we're talking somebody just put a cigarette out kind of smoke. The disinterested clerk said oh yeah (like he knew exactly what I was talking about) and assigned us to room 114 instead. The beds were firm - like rock firm. We would never stay here again."

"Travel for work 11 month out of the year. Rooms are clean. 7 guys on my crew , each has his own room . Everyone agrees for the money it's a great value. Clean , quiet, and convenient."

"Front desk service was great and the location is convenient for a quick stop off the highway but the place is not very clean and it smells awful. Tried to make the best of it and cleaned the AC filter hoping it would help. But once we saw the bed bugs we were out."
