"Did not get the rooms we reserved. That being said, that's the only reason for not getting 5 stars. The place is well kept. Very clean. Looks new or newly remodeled. Not the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, but far from the worst."

"So check in was not good I checked in during middle of night/ early am depending on how you look at it the front desk guy was foreign which is not a big deal however he kept saying he didn't see my reservation and such he didn't know I had someone with me I assume also told me my key card would not work and room I originally had gotten was dirty he said he would have to walk me let me in my room Everytime ...I said I was a smoker id be going out often cause I was stressed and he continued to say that was fine he would so after he saw I was with male companion he got me a key, so everyone after this guy was great I was not there long at all from like 4 am to 3 pm next day, location is great around good buisness walking distance all other staff we're great was just this one worker whom kinda weirded me out."

"Garnet absolutely wonderful front receptionist. She definitely deserves admiration for her outstanding kindness and politeness. She has the customers best interest in mind while assisting them to the best of her ability! Staff are very friendly. Coffee and vending on the first room by the lobby as well as very well kept bathrooms. Coffee bar directly around the corner. Rooms are very high quality and kept tidy for guest arrivals."

"Had to wait a long time for someone to get me checked in. Once we got to our room, there was no microwave or fridge. Room smelled funky, heard dog barking alot."

"We just stopped here on our roadtrip and can't complain! The front desk workers were really polite and even checked on us if the room is okay after we checked in! The bathroom seemed a little older but everything else was clean! :-)"
