"Very unorganized. I took the risk despite what everyone was saying. First instance left me paying $500 out of pocket due to the connect papers not being verified yet everything else was. Next instance left me having to drive my 8 month old in a car with messed up brakes to a repair shop. I had informed them two days prior the baby would be late, the person on the phone even checked with the director if it was okay. Yet it then was a problem two days later and I supposedly never called. I had informed the daycare that my brakes had gone out on the way over as well but they did not care. So took him right on out."
"Went in to pick up my boys yesterday and it was almost 2:30, the teacher told me my son just woke up. I was waiting on my oldest to come down the steps when they were bringing down lunch trays.. my kids get there at 7. Eat breakfast when they get there, so they went 7 hours without eating.."
"NBLA truly cares about the babies and children that they are entrusted with on a daily basis. Their hours provide more flexibility for parents who have varying schedules. I love how NBLA is involved in the community as well. Highly recommend!"
"This is hands down the BEST daycare I’ve ever had my children in!! They make them home cooked meals every single day, it’s always so clean, and the children always look so happy! If you’re looking for a great daycare you need to check them out!! Their Covid safety measures are outstanding! I’d give them ten stars if I could! I met the owner Ashley and she was simply amazing! Love this place so much!!!"
"Few times a week my grandson is sent home with someone else's blankets, or bottles, or has on someone else's clothes on, which means that "his" blankets, bottles, clothes are being sent home with someone else. When you mention it the next day, all you get is "I didn't work in his room yesterday" or "I'll have to see who had him that day" and nobody has ever followed up. Didn't notice until we got home one day last week as I was changing him, that he (at almost 6 months old) had on a newborn onesie. I picked him up one evening (being grandmother I don't pick him up from daycare often) and they sent me with his bottle. We went straight to a middle school sporting event and I just rinsed out his bottle and refilled it with formula. When his mother got there she informed me, with horror, that was NOT HIS BOTTLE!!! I was feeding my grandchild from a used bottle that HE didn't use. The staff is very nice but this day care is not ran the way it should be for infants. I have spoken to one of the owners and he assured me he would look into it and change it but, nothing has changed. The daily sheets they are suppose to fill out for infants is just filled out without any knowledge or factual basis at all. Once, his paper recorded him as eating 25 ounces of formula. He was 2 months old and was there less than 5 hours that day. And they had filled it out as if he ate 2-3 ounces every 15 minutes. lolol Not just one person, its as if they all signed and filled it out as it happened. lolol not sure how they expect me to find them credible when they tell me a 2 month old held down 25 ounces of formula in less than 5 hours lolol. So the validity of the daily check sheets is void. Completely useless Basically I think if your child is a toddler or older it might be okay but not a place for infants. There is no accountability from anyone. From owners down. Just for the record, for those of you that think they need to each have their own "cubby"...they do. Nothing in my grandson's cubby, is or has ever been, his. Therefore, his things are kept in his diaper bag. Fed up as of today and have an appointment to tour another facility this evening."
