"Repaired my Ranger after an incident with a deer. You couldn’t tell where it was hit."
"Got a quote today from a man who not only made me feel at ease but provided me with reasonable prices."
"Went in to get a headlight fixed and they went above and beyond. Buffed out scratches, fixed a dent, detailed the inside and outside. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!"
"For one of the most expensive shops in town they have done a horrible job on my car. Five weeks ago I was told that my car was repaired. When I picked it up I learned that they did not repair the parking brake which I had specifically told them needed to be fixed. Then I noticed that not only did they reinstall the grill incorrectly, but they actually destroyed the grill. The grill was not OEM and is now out of stock from the company that I bought it from. I've attached a photo of how they reinstalled the grill. I have no idea how anyone trained in auto body repair could possibly think that this was the correct fit for a grill. I'm still waiting for them to finish the job. They have claimed they have not received the parts for the parking brake and cannot locate a replacement grill. I will not be doing business with them again. Update: One of the things they did was buff the paint as my car had scratch marks all over it from the accident. It looked OK at first when it had been freshly waxed. Now that the wax is wearing off, the paint looks horrible. You can clearly see the damaged paint swirls. They just did a horrible job. I'm not taking it back to have them "re-fix" the job as I have no trust in them."
"Graley's is number 1 in the Tristate for 18 years. That is the tall tale that I had heard and something that guided me toward picking them. I had many people recommend it to me, but I would never recommend this auto shop to another individual. They had my car for over 3 weeks! Stating that parts had to come small part here and there, telling me it would be ready and it wouldn't be ready. They needed to order more parts. Sure! That's the story I heard for weeks. Within the first week they certainly hit my insurance up for extra money! But yet still they hadn't ordered all of the parts. They also had additional parts on the bill that weren't damaged on my vehicle which I had promptly removed. After I finally get my car back it should be like new.. Nope! They had dropped paint on the rear light that they had just replaced, left a dent on the side of my car that was not damaged and didn't finish evening out the paint. The hassle never ends with this body shop, so alas I had to take it back for them to fix it a second time when they should have done it correctly the first!"
