"At the Glenchester lakes location, we have some of the MOST hard working and on it maintenance. I put in a work order and they’re here right away. And they don’t stop working on a problem until it’s fixed. At my last apartment, it took 3 years to convince them to look at our ac. Here they took us seriously and fixed it immediately. We also have a 4 month old and I love their bond. When they come, they say hi to him and make sure he’s comfortable. Thank you so much for all your hard work and thanks for being so personable ❤️"
"When are you going to repair the AC at 5720 Britton Parkway? June 15, 2023 the tech was going to return with parts. Now the fire alarm won’t stopping going off. Why don’t the ancient toilets flush? As a customer and employee at that property and because I have been made ill twice because of the conditions I really feel I have no choice but to reach out to my brother, code inspector for commercial properties you own and see if he can provide sufficient desire for you to immediately correct the violations, and you are welcome - pleased to assist you in code compliance."
"This company is in charge of the kroger parking lot at great southern on s high pot holes were huge they did not maintainthe lot damaged 2of my tires and air pressure center 700.00 in damage they set me a letter of denial to reimburse me. "I have been living at Sawmill Commons for 8 years now. Always paid on time, great tenant. I was hoping to stick with Casto and rent here another year, and then use one of their realtors to buy my forever home next year. Unfortunately, I got a lease renewal that increased my rent by $140 per MONTH. I can understand increasing rent because of inflation, but this is completely ridiculous. The office says there’s no way they can negotiate. Other apartment complexes I have called have said that they value their long-standing tenants, often grandfathering them in or allowing for negotiation in their lease renewals. A 14% price hike per month is not reasonable by any means, and they agreed. I’m extremely disappointed that they were unwilling to negotiate with me to keep a customer of almost 10 years."
