District at Tuttle

"Update 1/22/24 The electric /water bills are outrageous. The company they use is contracted out from AEP so there are extra fees. I live in a one bedroom and my bill is almost $300 for last month. I cannot afford to resign my lease next year. Update with Champion Management: I've been here for a few months now and in that time the complex got bought out. They added some odd rules and I miss the old recycling. They are trying with adding community events back which is needed. I enjoy the wrapping/wine down wednesday event and the discounted sports tickets! We've been to the clippers and crew games this summer! It’s pricey but the front office folks are nice and so are the maintenance folks. Fingers crossed they update the clubhouse and add in arcade games like golden tee like other properties have, I just want to use the clubhouse more but there isn’t much to do in there. Initial review: Love this community and the leasing agents! The complex events are amazing, they really care about their residents. Hayley is AMAZING and great to work with. The resident events are amazing. They supply tons of drinks and great food. We even had a dj at the pool one time with a photobooth. They love to celebrate the random holidays like chocolate chip cookie day. My apt is close to the road but the only time I really hear cars is during the times folks are heading to and from work or if someone has a loud car."

"Tyler, Kevin, Jacob, and Meredith have been the greatest! (I haven’t worked with the others but I am sure they’re great too). I have been here since before the takeover of Champion and they have continuously improved our living - even when I thought it was already really great. Maintenance is great and quick. The community is kind and considerate."

I’ve mostly interacted with Chloe who is amazing but all of their staff is very friendly. They’re very prompt to respond to calls and emails and are very informative. "The whole staff at The District are AMAZING. I always felt welcome and appreciated by everyone in the clubhouse. The maintenance team was also super helpful and efficient. I lived here for two and a half years and I’m really going to miss it. I didn't have a single bad experience. Everything was communicated very clearly, and gave plenty of notice (i.e. HVAC inspection, roadwork.) I will miss The District dearly and may even try to re-sign in a few months!"
