Well without my wallet I couldn't pay the difference so I was going back home and the employee told me don't worry about it, I have you covered. I was so happy and amazed that someone was nice enough to cover the rest? Best trip and amazing people!"

"Today I experienced great service from an Advance employee. I am a regular customer of Advance Auto Parts and travel quite a bit so have visited stores in several states. I generally get good service at most stores I've been to. I was on a motorcycle ride this weekend and about 100 miles from home when my bike wouldn't start. I tried to jump it and the terminal melted off it. I had just bought this battery at an Advance in Homestead, Florida within the year. I had the receipt with me but it had mostly faded. I explained it to Michael and even though he couldn't completely read the receipt he said that he would make it right with me. I was relieved to leave with a replacement battery and was able to resume my trip shortly. Thank you Michael and thank you Advance Auto for hiring employees that take steps to provide an excellent customer experience."

"These guys and gal were nothing short of Awesome. I'm from Florida, and the service up here in WV (at least at this store) by far exceeds knowledge, incentive and absolute focus on my needs. Store # 07945 My help guy (the older Gentleman) was outstanding. And the other guys and gal totally were quite willing to assist in a "This is your store to come to". Felt like family. "Never had a bad experience here. They don't have very many European parts available, though.. Pat's Speed Shop is a better option for that. For domestic and Japanese vehicles, they've always been able to get what I need."
