I have moved out of the area and did have a bad experience with a service company that was obviously trying to take advantage of me. Since that time, I have returned to this establishment for anything that can be done outside of the Mercedes dealership. They always go out of their way to offer any assistance, upfront about costs, honest, keep appointment times, fast service. I do not have have one bad thing to say about this company. "The gentleman who assisted us was very friendly. Although we came at 4:35 pm ,he could have turned us away cause they close at 5pm. But instead he took us in and added us to the list. They take cash only if I am not mistaken but ask before you go. So you can save yourself a walk to an ATM down the road. Definitely will return again."
