"Honestly, I'm not a big fan of lowes, in general but, at this Buckhannon, WV location, I went to purchase a hot water tank, and every single box was severely damaged for the one I needed. I don't know where the damage came from, but they should never have been put out for sale. You check online for availability and this is what they have available? I usually don't write reviews but, quite frankly, I'm tired of lowes providing inferior service. Only reason I use lowes is because of work. I would not at all otherwise. If I had two more hands, I woulf give Lowe's 4 thumbs down."

"Every time I go in there I have to go hunt down somebody to help me, several times I've been in there and the employees didn't even know what I was talking about they had no clue as to what questions I was talking about. And one lady at the customer service desk I felt was extremely rude with me when it came to a corporate account she suggest I go and ring all this up at the register by myself, she didn't even know how to ring up a corporate account herself and yet made me feel as if I was lying. I reported her to the manager. I have to say the manager was very understanding and very helpful."

"The store in Buckhannon is a very sad run store to the fact I do not even want to go in there anymore, No cashiers WHAT A JOKE loud music I thought I was in a bar could not think and I even asked 1 lady if she wanted to dance could not find anyone to help me. Went to Home Depot and with in 5 minutes the lady taken me right where I needed to be."

"Worst experience there. At least 20 people in line at the only register open and no less than 6 cashiers just standing around doing nothing. After a scene was made they opened another and instantly had as long a line at it. Sad they run their store that way."

"This review is only about the Online Delivery and the Product... I love my new Stand up Freezer. (Thank you, Paul ❤️) The delivery was fast and professionally installed by 2 nice men. It was less expensive online than in the store. It has 4 shelves and a drawer and is a Midea brand. So far, it is perfect for homemade popsicles and can fit a lot of bagged meat in the inside door (15 singular flattened pounds of ground beef in just 1 shelf on the outer door, WOW) The freezer can even double as a fridge if ever needed. I would definitely shop Lowe's again for appliances by Midea. Kudos"
