I got pulled over my my small town of Ripley's finest (City Police) for no license plate lights. I knew that it had to be a wiring issue and Derek had me drop off my car today. Derek personally traced the bad part of the wiring and repaired it. Derek took care of me financially as well. Charged me a very very fair price. I'll never go anywhere else."

"I recently had a lift kit installed (not here) as well as new tires and wheels. I’ve had a bad vibration ever since. I’ve had my 4Runner to four other shops with no luck. A couple of people recommended Collision Specialists so I made an appointment. The tech went out of his way to work with me and to help eliminate my problems. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they had the car for over a month and her insurance would only cover a rental for 30 days. I called and spoke with Derrick. I explained the situation and how my daughter was upset because she needed a vehicle for work. He explained they were waiting on a part but they would get the car in ASAP. He was so amazing and so understand. He called me back when the car was done and explained how we would pick the car up due to we needed to come after hours since we had to drive a distance after work.
