"A group of us were on a Cincinnati to Washington DC journey as part of a High School class trip (we were parents assisting the teachers on the trip). The engine began to miss a few miles from Jamie's repair shop, and as the local dealerships were offering to see us "next week" we found Jamie. He was willing to see us immediately, gave us an honest and clear assessment of the likely causes as well as a range of options for repair. He then repaired the vehicle within a few hours, allowing us to get on our way to DC. We returned safely, as well. I felt very well-informed, and his pricing and approach to us seemed very fair. It would have been easy to take advantage of a group of travelers on a tight timeline, but in contrast, we felt Jamie treated us as he would want to have been treated.
