These guys really saved the day with getting us on our way. Very Friendly and quick at it. Highly recommended. They forgot to put our wheel lock back in the car, however promised to ship it back."

"Went in for a routine oil change and discovered they broke the bolts on my skid plate, which fell while driving home and caused a horrific loud grinding noise from beneath the car. When I called about it, they brushed me off and said this was normal for my type of car, and to come back and they would just take the whole thing off. No discussion about it, just " we can take it off." I was charged $150 for an oil change and tire rotation for my 3 year old car and they damaged it and didn't bother telling me, then just wanted to remove the part entirely. What was more infuriating was we asked for compensation, and all the manager did was replace the part they broke for free. We paid an obscene amount of money for a service that damaged my car. We will never take a vehicle to another Monro again, let alone this location."
