"Absolutely Horrible, Deplorable Customer Service and Treatment of Customers by Male, Asian Manager, Yuwen. I was visiting Savannah and went to this store for what will now be my First, Only, and LAST Time! He wanted to go back and forth with me about what the employee told me after she had already clocked out and left. He was not even privy or there when I first came into the store. She NEVER told me anything about you can only try on a total of five wigs, she said she could only have five wigs out showing at any time. They have limited staff and don't have a good supply of items. The problem was if I found or saw something I liked on a mannequin they didn't have the actual hair in the color I wanted or if I found the color, they didn't have it available on a mannequin so you can actually see the product and try on the same version. Then, the manager starts watching like a hawk as Ms. Deborah is assisting me. I can see him watching us and so I tell him what the issue was and why it seemed to be taking a LONG Time, let alone she did also leave me and went to go help another customer as well. Bottom line is still they didn't have a good selection and availability of hair I was looking for but even with that it would still behoove you as management to treat people with respect and dignity. It's no secret that many of these beauty supply places have predominantly African-Americans base/clientele but act SO RACIST and Prejudice like ALL Black/Brown People Steal and this was my Despicable and Very Unprofessional Customer Service Experience from the Asian Male Manager. He went to review on camera to see how many wigs I had already tried on and said I had already tried on the maximum, which this is NOT POSTED Nor Was I Ever PREVIOUSLY Informed of this or else I would have been mindful of it from the beginning! Buyers Beware and if you Value Your Time, Peace, and Joy, STAY AWAY Because Don't No Sane, Respectable Person have time for this type of FOOLISHNESS And NONSENSE! I happily took my business elsewhere and in less than an hour later, had the hair I wanted with much better, quality customer service and overall warm and friendly experience than what I received at this store. "HATED IT" and there's Absolutely No Excuse for the Manager's Behavior and Attitude, Point Blank, PERIOD!!! He definitely needs some training on customer service, diversity, and leadership. Again, HATED my experience and wish I could rate them a ZERO!"

"Been a loyal customer for years at this store and now I see why staff don’t stay nor does returning customer because the service is horrible for loyalty. You can have policy and procedures but it’s also the way in which you treat your customer that makes a difference. During this time I gave the item in which I purchased away to a customer that could use it since I was given the wrong thing in which I asked for. I asked for a lip ring and got a nose ring. The lady in which I gave it to was willing to give me my money back in I I told her she could keep it I wouldn’t be putting another dollar in store this business. The manager is horrible a picture is below he has the treats his employee horrible as well to the point they have little say so and when they want to take care of a customer they can’t because it’s his store !"
