"Today, I had the pleasure of speaking to the owner of LineUp. My family toured the store, got some ideas for gifts and personal Zeta items. The owner was very kind and accommodating. This is a small black owned and operated business. Please support. We visit again. Please, ring the doorbell for service."

"I ordered several items for gifts. I called and spoke with 2 different people in a 1-2 week window about my order. Each person saying my order would be delivered by the time I needed it. I didn't receive anything but a cancelation email 3 weeks after ordering. LineUp (not me) canceled my order with no communication. A refund posted about a week after the cancelation. I was left without gifts to present on a special day, and having to start over shopping. I don't recommend this shop if you're expecting product to be delivered. I will only purchase from certified vendors in the future."

"I ordered 12 items from Lineup Greek and they only sent half the order without an explanation. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. I tried multiple times to contact them through the telephone number that is provided on the site. The business also does not respond to communications through the company email. I am so disappointed with this company because I ordered these items as gifts for my nephew’s probate. I like the items that they sell but I will never order from them again. They are unprofessional. They also have not refunded my money for the 6 items that they did not send. I have attached a picture of the items that my nephew received."

"I ordered 2 shirts on November 23, 2022. As of 1/20/23 I have not received my order. I sent an email on 12/31/22 and received an immediate response via email. Someone for the organization even followed up via phone on 1/5/22 promising to send a tracking number. Nothing has been received. At this point I only want a refund. I received a full refund within 6 hours of this review."
