"Went intl today so that we could get some last minute things for freshman move in. Larry who is the ASM was extremely rude and disrespectful to the young lady that was working. I was in there around 6p and with all of the people that were in the store I would have cried and left of embarrassment. Larry is not the type of employee I would work with let alone hire to work for me. Do better please, the young lady held her composure extremely well for the way she was being spoken to just breaks my heart that she may deal with this each shift she works."

"Don't usually shop at this particular Family Dollar. I was on that side of town gettin' seafood salad from a place I frequent. But I like olives in my salads. Family Dollar was readily stocked for me. I was only on a lunch break so I had to hurry. But if I could've I would've stayed and done some Christmas shopping. Family Dollar is a perfect name for that store. Because I seen so many reasonable and affordable prices for both Christmas and every day needs. In my brief visit. In fact I plan on going back tomorrow"

"Will not be coming here any longer. I thought it was convenient to have a family dollar right next to a laundromat where I’ve been doing my laundry since I just moved here and we don’t own a washer or dryer. Guy behind the counter was very rude. I had an item at check out I decided not to purchase anymore. I told him I didn’t want it and wasn’t sure where it went. Mind you the place is trashed inside and out, shelves are half empty and floats all over the place making it hard to shop. He looks at me and angrily says, “What you mean you couldn’t find it?!! You got it off the shelf. It’s not hard to put it back!” I was shocked someone working in RETAIL would treat a customer this way. It was extremely rude and uncalled for. I could have just shoved it somewhere like a lot of people do because I’ve worked in retail before. Such a bad experience for someone that’s new to the area. I do like family dollar but save yourself a trip and don’t come to this one unless you want to get harassed."

"I was in here a few times looking for certain items and they never had any of it. Shelves are pretty bare and the store is a mess. Also understaffed. My husband just came home and warned me to never go in there again. He said there was a guy walking in the store, grabbing stuff, and walking out (stealing) multiple times and no one did anything about it. There was also a guy in a truck sitting in the parking lot while his two young kids were out begging for money while people were walking in/out of the store. The kids were also breaking the candy machines outside, trying to get the money and candy out of it. He said the kids got the tray out that holds the money but there was none in there. This play seems trashy and ghetto, if you value your safety...don't go here. The one guy stealing from the store, since they didn't do anything about it, keep that in mind because if he's robbing you while you're shopping there...they might not do anything about that either. Stay Safe people."
