I have tried three different times to come to this store, and it is such a horrible experience that even if I wanted to go for the reputation of a Sally's store, I will not go back to this location. The staff are either untrained or coddled so much that they cannot handle customer interaction. Every single time I went in asking for an item, the staff point down an aisle and say if we have it, it would be down that '"row". I am looking at hundreds of bottles expected to know where THEY place something or If they carry something? Really?! You cannot ask them any questions that would require any cosmetology training or education. They Cannot offer advice or suggestions. You Cannot ask them anything about the products they carry. Horrible experience."
