"The insolence on this salon is unbelievable. If you make a bad review on their business they reply by blaming it on you saying that we cursed them. How are we supposed to behave when I can't go out in public until my hair grows and is normal again. Also, dear business owner, you never offered a refund. The only offer was to come back and fix it which of course we refused being afraid that you might mess it up again. Have some respect for people that choose to give you business or take a marketing class so you can learn how to treat customers"

"Worst salon I have been to, in my whole life. I asked for the price of the service when I made the appointment to get a haircut and I ended up being charged more. The reason they gave me was that i got my blowdry with a 'special' brush that styles your hair, but not only I did not have styled hair, also my hair was flat and oily in less than 24 hours from being there. My husband got a haircut too and he said they didn't even have the right equipment to get a men's haircut and his haircut was a dissaster. When I was compaining they asked me what was I looking for. When a customer compains you try to make it up to them without asking them what they want. If you wait from me to tell you how to make a customer happy then you don't know how to run a business."
