"Completely unprofessional!! Had an appointment today for 10am and another stylist called to cancel my appointment 7 minutes before. I was already on the way to the salon. I had spoke with the stylist all week, sent pictures, and took off of work to be there. I was not offered anything other than to reschedule my appointment for the FOLLOWING week. DO NOT USE THIS SALON."

"December: nice haircut with Ashley, loved the experience and the cut. January: nice highlight with Shelly, loved the experience, the conversation and the color. Both first visits, I was encouraged to come in any time for bang trim. I asked if I needed an appointment for that. “Nope just stop in and we can do a complimentary bang trim.” Yesterday: Stopped by for a complimentary bang trim. I stopped at the desk to offer compensation for the stylist’s time. I got a few steps out of the door and was startled by someone screaming my name and saying “I thought you told me she said that was a complimentary trim!” Confused, I turned and said I thought it was, as that is what both people who did my hair told me. I also said I chose to pay. I do not expect people to work for free regardless. “Well they work on commission so you are supposed to go only to the person who did your hair and offered that.” Me: ???. “In that case, I prefer to pay you for the service.” Handed her my card. She wouldn’t take it, even after I told her I preferred to pay and clearly didn’t understand having not been told their policy was specific to the stylist. How would I know that? Having been treated as if I was trying to defraud this business then prevented from making it right by insisting to pay multiple times and them refusing, and mainly after being startled by someone screaming at me from behind as I walked to my car, I won’t be back."

"My daughter went for her second hair cut ever today! We saw Ashley and she was absolutely amazing! She gave her lots of attention and love to her beautiful hair! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back for more visits!!"
