"I scheduled a massage for a friends birthday. Upon arrival I noticed that the business was closed. There was a note stating that there was a power outage. Totally not their fault. However not being able to leave a v/m or receive an email or call of the closure or even the offer to reschedule was very disappointing. This leaves me think that this business is not legitimate."

"Therapist was very nice and consult was good. Massage would've been great if I had paid for a relaxation massage but I had gone in for a therapeutic/deep pressure massage. Asked for deeper pressure several times and didn't get it for long. Also ended up so covered in clove oil I'm now nauseous. Overall a waste of time and money for what I needed."

"The receptionist at check in was very friendly and welcoming. I was offered complimentary drinks (wine) and snacks as promised. I booked THE Signature Oasis Package because I love a good spa day. When I got into my room the body scrub was amazing and so was the lady giving it. As far as the ambiance, there was no relaxing music, it was too bright for relaxation, and the window view wasn’t that appealing (parking lot). There was no where to hang my robe (in the hydrotherapy room), so I recommend adding hooks near by and also a locker at check in to add our belongings so they aren’t placed on the floor (in my massage room) or carried by one technician to the next. The water was scorching hot so I had to get dressed, and go find someone, and I was told how to add colder water but I didn’t pay that much to do things on my own unfortunately. She did offer to adjust my time which was appreciated, however that was a huge inconvenience to let water out and wait 10-15 mins for the water to be adjusted. I’m sure it wasn’t on purpose but I recommend checking with gloves or a thermometer prior to the client getting there. Facial was BOMB, fell completely asleep lol. Had water, strawberries, nuts, a wrap and water waiting on me after! Delicious! In My massage room the tech was very nice, once again too bright, and the music was wayyyy too loud. I didn’t care to ask for it to be adjusted because I just wanted to relax. I wish she would have done head to toe instead of being all over the place. full body I need arms, fingers, and thighs touched too. She seemed very reserved which I understand is a personal preference, however, For this kind of package I think the top notch experienced techs should be used for service so you can have repeate customers. I will most definitely be back, because other then those few minor set backs this place is a vibe, and I know with being open to more honest reviews things will eventually be close to perfection!"

"All the way through, great experience! I’m not of age so I wasn’t allowed a glass of wine, but between the music and atmosphere I felt just as relaxed & still snacked on the complementary bar Haha I booked my Brazilian wax with Nailah and she was quick and gentle! Came out super smooth!!"
